xAssist is a sports analysis and scouting platform that provides real-time match tagging, player management, data export, video clip generation, and collaborative analysis tools. The Service is available on iOS and Android devices and operates primarily offline with local data storage.

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and may vary by region or platform. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You retain ownership of all data you create using the Service, including match events, player profiles, scouting notes, and exported files. xAssist does not claim ownership of your content.
The Service operates on an offline-first model. Your data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use sharing or export features. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including its design, logos, software, documentation, and trademarks — are and remain the exclusive property of xAssist. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding or intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, xAssist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the jurisdiction in which xAssist operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
